The mug is perfect. My niece LOVED it as a surprise Birthday gift. It’s very well crafted. Heavy and she loved the shade of blue. She was so happy to have all three of her cat kids on one mug! Me, not ever being a pet owner, didn’t think much about the Halo and decided to put it over the first cat she got of the three. She asked me,”why Stella;” and I explained … and she said, “But Stella isn’t dead.” We still love the mug and Stella is a special cat. Two other women I polled in my office immediately thought that’s what the halo indicated..,that the cat had crossed over the rainbow bridge and no longer living.

This mug is really cute and the personalization is very meaningful to us! The only thing we don't like is that the mug is quite small for people who normally drink from 16-20 ounce mugs and travel mugs. Would love the same design mug that holds more. Also, no care instructions were sent with it - can it go into the microwave and dishwasher?
