Modify or Cancel order

At Pawuni™, we totally understand that even the best pet parents might need to make a change or cancel an order. Life happens! If you need to make a paw-sitive adjustment, just send us an email at support@pawuni.com or fill out our Modify or Cancel Form with your order number and the update you’d like to make. We’ll fetch your request and confirm as soon as it's processed.

🐶 You have a 5-hour window after placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. After that, your order goes straight into our production queue, and we won’t be able to make any more edits.

If you request a modification, we’ll do our best to update it with the info you provide. But if we don’t hear back with the details within 24 hours, we’ll have to close the case and proceed with the original order info – we don’t want to keep your gift waiting too long!

🐾 Pro tip: Double-check your order before hitting that "place order" button to make sure everything is paw-fect!

🚚 Heads up: Changes might delay delivery, especially during peak seasons (like holiday tail-wagging time). We’ll work our tails off to coordinate the update with our manufacturing team.
